What we keep

Your email address. That’s it.

Why

So we can tell you when the 5to9 Amsterdam beta opens, and send the occasional short update until then.

Where

With our email provider, Resend. Their servers are in the US, so your email is transferred there under a Data Processing Agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long

Until you leave, or the beta launches and you’ve decided either way.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link; clicking it deletes your address. Or email privacy@5to9.live and we’ll remove you.

We don’t sell your data, run ads against it, or use it for anything but the above. Consent is the legal basis (GDPR), given when you tick the box — you can withdraw it any time using the steps above.
